You are requesting to enroll in an educational course offered by Clinical Cognitive Facilitator Training LLC. A certificate of completion will be issued upon conclusion of the course. This does not imply the subject of training and assumed acts therein are within your scope of practice to legally perform in your state. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure you are acting within the scope of practice for which you are licensed, and within the guidelines of your local laws, ordinances, and statutes. Clinical Cognitive Facilitator Training LLC claims no liability to any student, individual, or group for damages arising as a result of errors, misinterpretations, misunderstandings, or noncompliance with their local laws and regulations, and will not be held responsible for guaranteeing or confirming students’ legal requirements, obligations, and responsibilities. Refund policy Refunds are only issued within 5 days of registration when enrollment is two or more weeks before the class/event is scheduled. After this time frame the fee is nonrefundable. If enrollment and cancellation occur within 2 weeks of the class there is no refund or transfer. If CCFT cancels the class then full refunds will be issued. Online courses will be active for one year from purchase.
